1. Agreement to Terms:

2. Seller Transactions:

• All transactions between buyers and vendors must be conducted through GHAB Cart. Attempting to facilitate transactions outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Fees and Payments:

• Vendors agree to pay applicable fees for using GHAB Cart’s services.
• GHAB Cart is not responsible for any transaction fees or charges incurred outside the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities:

• Users, including vendors, must not engage in fraudulent activities, including attempting to circumvent the platform for transactions.
• Any violation may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account.

5. Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a vendor, both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve the issue through GHAB Cart’s provided resolution mechanisms.

6. Account Suspension:

• GHAB Cart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that engages in activities contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property:

• Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell the products they list on GHAB Cart.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Liberia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Liberian courts.

9. Modification of Terms:

• GHAB Cart reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
